All of our boots are made from premium materials from the best tanneries in the world and handcrafted using time-honored construction methods. We prioritize day-one comfort and timeless designs that will look great for generations.

Our boots are constructed using traditional western methods, including Goodyear welt construction, hand-hammered pegs, hand-laid decorative cording, and hand-stitched quarters. Our sole is comprised of a 100% leather outsole, a corkbed filling that molds to your feet over time, a traditional leather midsole, an EVA strip for comfort, and bovine glove leather lining to top it off. The entire interior of the boot is lined in supple bovine leather lining, and we construct our shaft ‘inside out’ to hide the seams – so there is no uncomfortable seams inside any of our boots.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery, as long as the boots are unworn and in their original condition. Just reach out to us, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Returns

If you’d like to return your boots for a refund, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Boots must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

M-O-NINE reserves the right to deny any return if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or does not meet our return standards. If a return is denied, the boots will be sent back to the customer.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact our team at Info@m-o-nine.com with your order number.

We’ll provide a return shipping label.

Pack the boots securely and drop them off at your nearest shipping center.

Once we receive and inspect them, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Refunds (minus the $10 restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Returns and exchanges will need to be verified and processed by M-O-NINE distribution center team. Please allow at least 14 days from the date M-O-NINE receives your return to process your return or exchange, with additional time for shipping allotted for any exchanges. Processing timeframes may vary. M-O-NINE is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
